routing / peak-hours

Choose a route for peak-hour use

For evening browsing and work, start with a familiar exit region and check consistency using real tasks. VPNUV offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections, so you can choose based on your needs. If loading slows, compare other routes in the same region before changing both regions and app settings. A stable experience depends on your local network, cross-border routing, and the destination service—not just one speed test. Keep routes that reliably handle playback, uploads, or calls as your regular options, and save an alternative. That is more useful than chasing momentary speed.

Military-grade encryption

Cross-border access can use an encrypted connection. VPNUV describes its connection protection as military-grade encryption. Keep the destination website's own secure connection enabled, check the domain, and store your account password and subscription details safely. Encryption does not stop a destination site from recognizing your signed-in account, and it does not replace device updates or app permission management. Import subscriptions only into trusted clients, and never share them on public pages or in group chats. After switching devices, check where your subscription is stored. Managing connection security separately from account security makes the boundaries clearer.

Username + password; keep subscription details secure.
Unlimited devices

Use a computer for work and browse on mobile devices at the same time. VPNUV allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Each device needs its own client, subscription import, and connection setup; using the same account does not configure each device automatically. Consider keeping separate regular exit regions for work and streaming, and check the selected region and proxy mode when switching devices. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Keep an eye on the data remaining in your dashboard during long streams or large file transfers.

Works on computers and mobile devices, with no device limit.
Direct access to AI tools

When using Gemini, Cursor, or Copilot, first choose an exit region supported by the service, then check whether your browser, editor, and terminal use the same proxy route. A website opening successfully does not mean an editor extension is connected; the system proxy may not cover command-line tools either. Sign in and try a simple request first, then test longer responses, code completion, and file operations. Keeping a usual region relatively consistent can help rule out frequent switching as a variable. Account eligibility, regional policies, and usage limits are set by each platform; a network connection does not replace those requirements.

Streaming access

For services such as Netflix, Disney+, and HBO, choose an exit region for the catalog you want, then test sign-in, search, and playback. Platforms may consider the exit IP, account region, payment details, and device environment when deciding which content is available, so a route name is not a promise of access. If you see a region warning, check that the client is connected, then close the previous playback session and reopen the service. The home page language alone does not confirm your region. High-quality streaming also depends on your plan, device, and local network. Check actual playback rather than treating website access as the final test.

60-day, no-questions-asked refunds

Before choosing a plan, review the refund policy alongside the billing options. VPNUV offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for eligibility and process details. Monthly plans suit regular use, while data packages are suited to occasional access. Choose based on how you use the service, not just the amount paid at once. Keep your order details after payment. To request a refund or check a bill, open a support ticket from the user dashboard and include the relevant order and request. Connection issues can be reported separately; include your device platform, selected region, and what happened to help distinguish setup questions from billing issues.

Getting started

From account to connection

Manage your account, subscription, and client separately to make connections easier to troubleshoot.

01

Create an account

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. After opening the user dashboard, save your login details and review plans based on how often you use the service. The account and client are separate: after creating an account, follow the dashboard prompts to choose a plan and get the subscription you need to connect.

02

Import your subscription

After signing in, open the client downloads section and choose your device platform. Then get your subscription and import it into the client. If your device does not respond to the import action, first check that the client is installed and opens correctly. Your subscription contains account-related details, so save it only on trusted devices and never include the full contents in a public screenshot.

Connect

Choose an exit region in the client and enable the connection, then open the website or app you want to use. For the first test, keep the default settings and confirm that both websites and apps work before adjusting routing rules. If only one app cannot connect, check whether it uses the system proxy before resetting all your settings.

Regions

Global exits, filtered by use case

120+ countries / 240+ routes. The region determines your exit location; the route type determines your connection path.

Choose a region before a route type

When visiting international websites, first check whether a specific region is required. For general browsing, start by comparing nearby regions. For a particular streaming catalog, work environment, or account region, first meet the destination service's regional requirements. A closer region is not always best for every use, and a region label does not replace the platform's eligibility checks. Once you have chosen an exit region, compare IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections within that region to avoid changing several settings at once.

Test real tasks, not just speed

Document browsing, remote collaboration, and video streaming have different network needs. Documents benefit from consistent responsiveness; file transfers need sustained throughput; calls depend on clear, continuous audio and video. Test a real task during your usual usage hours and note the device, region, and route type. That gives you a useful comparison when something goes wrong and helps distinguish local network issues from app settings or the selected route.

Connect computers and mobile devices

Download clients and manage subscriptions in the user dashboard. Sign in to get your subscription.

Get the client, then import your subscription

Get the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients after signing in. iOS access follows the rules in the user dashboard and requires an active, unexpired plan. Downloading a client does not enable the connection: you still need to import your subscription, choose a route, and confirm the connection status. Interface labels may vary by platform, but account and plan details are managed in the user dashboard. When troubleshooting, first check whether you are working in the dashboard or the client.

Use multiple devices; check proxy settings on each

When switching from a computer to a mobile device, test your usual apps again. Different operating systems handle system proxies, app-specific proxies, and background activity differently, so a successful connection on one device does not guarantee the same result on another. Work apps, browsers, and terminals may also use different settings. If one app has an issue, see common connection issues and troubleshoot by platform and symptom rather than repeatedly importing the same subscription.

Plan overview

Monthly plans to match your usage

Unlimited devices. Monthly data resets on your plan's activation date. Check how often you connect, then choose a data tier.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For research, email, and occasional use. If you mostly visit text-based sites, start with a lower data tier and check your actual usage.

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

For regular work and mixed use. Check your dashboard balance if you alternate between document collaboration, AI tools, and video browsing.

Data packages for occasional use

Data packages last until used and never expire: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, ¥658 / 3000GB. If you mainly need access during occasional travel, temporary projects, or sporadic research, compare a data package with a monthly plan. Consider how consistently you will use it, not just the total data: daily use and occasional bursts have different billing needs.

If you are unsure how much data you need, check usage on your devices and separate video, large files, and regular browsing. Video quality, autoplay, and cloud sync all affect data use; unlimited devices does not mean their usage is excluded from your plan. Choose based on actual usage records rather than the number of devices alone.

Resets, upgrades, and payment terms

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Before making changes, check your current plan and order details in the user dashboard. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund is available. See the refund policy for details.

Plan selection determines your data and billing; route selection determines your connection path. Consider them separately. If a page opens but video keeps buffering, check the route and local network first. If you are low on data, consider changing plans. Addressing the right part of the setup can help avoid unnecessary changes. Full pricing and billing details are on the plans page so you can review them before paying.
